CAN I EXCHANGE PART OR ALL OF MY ORDER?
We do not accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order and request a return on the item that you wish to return.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@kartinithelabel.com.au so we can urgently review the matter for you.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

We offer 10-days hassle-free return for all items (excluding sale items)!
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@kartinithelabel.com.au using the e-mail address used to place your order.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, we will process your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost, unless faulty).
KARTINI cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We offer 10-days hassle-free return for your item/s.
The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.  Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.  
KARTINI offers a full refund on all items returned
within this time frame (item price excluding original shipping cost). 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For Swimwear, Swim Intimates and Activewear, we generally dispatch all orders within a week of receiving an order - allowing us time to create your pieces. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for shipping. There may be the occasional delay due to flight limitations, weekends, or public holidays, which are out of our control.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KARTINI ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Card PaymentsPayPal and AfterPay. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try to assist your request! Please contact us directly at info@kartinithelabel.com.au to arrange this.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $250 and $20 flat rate on all other orders.

Absolutely. KARTINI is based in Maleny, Queensland, Australia, with our flagship store and garment studio in Gili Air and Bali, Indonesia.
